SSH Codex (Windows->Windows Codex) Fails to update chat threads remotely without reboot

What issue are you seeing?

When having cross-thread communication relay between two instances of Codex via SSH, the receiving instance doesn't update the chat thread until closing and reopening the Codex app entirely. The messages go through and the sending app will get feedback from the remote session. This happens both directions - Workstation A -> B, B won't show updates to its thread, B->A, A won't show updates to its thread until a full app exit and reopen.

What is the expected behavior?

Realistically it just needs to have some layer of ssh refresh enabled that can see and properly refresh threads if messages are relayed via SSH
