What issue are you seeing?

The first time, it consumed too quickly. I asked two simple questions, and the 5-hour quota went from 80% to 0% directly. After a while, it recovered, but it only processed two questions, taking a total of 2 minutes. The 5-hour quota was consumed by another 20%
