Show remaining quota and usage in the main Codex interface

Feature request

Please consider always displaying remaining quota and usage information directly in the main Codex interface.

Problem

When users want to check remaining quota, such as requests, tokens, or usage limits, they currently need to leave their current task and navigate through several layers of menus. This interrupts the workflow, especially during long coding sessions.

Suggested UI

A small status indicator in the title bar, sidebar, or bottom status bar would be enough. It could show:

• Remaining quota (%)
• Remaining requests
• Remaining token budget, if applicable
• Estimated reset time

Why this would help

This would make Codex feel more developer-friendly, similar to how IDEs continuously display useful status information without requiring extra navigation. It would let users monitor usage while staying focused on the current thread or coding task.
