Switch email for name in the UI

Proposal
Remove the email from the Codex Desktop App interface on Windows, or switch it to the user's name instead. It could also be offered as an option in the interface settings.
Motivation
It is not only Theo who hates having their personal email address exposed unintentionally.
Benefits
- Reduces accidental disclosure of personal information.
- Makes screenshots and recordings safer to share.
- Keeps the UI focused while preserving account context where needed.

I’m also affected by this.
After a recent update, Codex Desktop started showing my email address in the lower-left UI instead of a nickname/display name.
This is a problem for livestreaming and screen recording. I stream game development work and would like to show the Codex UI on stream, but I cannot safely do that while my personal email address is visible.
An option to hide the account identifier, show the display name instead, or enable a streamer/presentation mode would solve this.
It's also a burden on sharing screenshots and videos of Codex on X, linkedin etc - so this might dampen social media content about Codex. Please can we disable this? I already know which account and subscription (pro) I'm on when I'm in Codex - mine
Just another point: for the same reason, I've hated how Claude Code shows my email and subscription at the top of every new session, and was thrilled when this mistake was done in Codex
