The rate limit message hides the Status as shown in the screenshot below:

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just run /status when your Codex rate limit is reached.
What is the expected behavior?
Either the rate limit message should be closable or everything it hides should be scrolled up automatically to be shown fully.
