Can't connect to VS Code in Codex and won't save as default open location

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What subscription do you have?

Codex Pro

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

Updated and now VS Code can't be saved as the default app and the icon in the top right corner to "open with" only shows the explorer option, even after setting it to VS Code in the settings.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just opening the app and all VS Code functionality is gone as I stated.

What is the expected behavior?

It should be available as an option in the default "open in" dropdown, it doesn't show anymore, just the explorer option.

so sick of updating codex and a bunch of stuff breaks.
