Missing thread ID:

It was active on 2026-06-26. Local logs show successful thread/read, thread/resume, turn/start, and thread/turns/list events for this conversation. Today the app returns:
thread not loaded / No Codex thread found

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I don't know. This bug just occurred after I installed the new version of Codex App today.
