Feature Request: Allow Custom Ordering and Separate Display of Codex Taskbar Icons on Windows

What issue are you seeing?

On Windows, all running Codex windows are grouped/bundled under a single taskbar icon. This prevents users from:
Dragging and reordering individual Codex windows independently on the Windows taskbar.
Showing each Codex instance as a separate, ungrouped taskbar button (even when Windows taskbar settings allow ungrouping other apps).
Setting a custom window title per Codex session (e.g., naming by project or context) so they can be distinguished at a glance.

What is the expected behavior?

Each Codex window should be able to appear as its own taskbar item (not forced into a single grouped icon), allowing free drag-to-reorder on the taskbar.
Support a per-window or per-session "Rename Window Title" option so multiple Codex instances can be labeled differently (e.g., "Codex – Project A", "Codex – Backend API").
This would let power users arrange their taskbar click order according to personal habit and improve multi-project workflow visibility.
