Codex Is Not Working in VS Code Latest Version (Screen Shot Attached)

What issue are you seeing?

When I try to open codex tab, it does show anything. My computer starts to start to turn the fans. And VS Code shows this alert. I also tried to uninstall and install.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I dont know, Its working before. But when my limit was used up in claude code. I decided to open the Codex Tab panel. It does not show up, and then throws an error.

What is the expected behavior?

It should work as before.
