Switching accounts causes it to fail to work

What issue are you seeing?

When I log in to my another Plus account, Codex App fails immediately on new conversations with: "This model is not supported when using X-OpenAI-Internal-Codex-Responses-Lite."
It is not a reconnect issue because it happens even when starting a brand new task.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just switch to another account and log in to the same Codex App and execute the task, and there will be problems.

What is the expected behavior?

It should be able to execute tasks directly along the old task line.
