What issue are you seeing?
I use sub-agents for extended reviews and very frequently, a sub-agent or a sub-sub-agent will get stuck indefinitely for hours. I only find out when the work hasn't finished for 5 hours+. This has started happening recently (around a week or so ago) and happens multiple times daily.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
