Bug: Chat history not loading and unable to start new chats

What issue are you seeing?

The Codex app is currently not functioning. My chat history is completely blank and fails to load. Additionally, I am entirely unable to initiate any new chat sessions.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

The application should successfully load previous chat history upon opening, and it should allow the user to create new chat threads without issues.

Additional information

I am running this on an Apple Silicon M4 chip.
