What issue are you seeing?
I have "Turn completion notifications" set to "Always", but it does not produce a windows sound and notification, only increments the codex taskbar icon. It does give me a windows notification/sound when it asks for approval.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Whenever I send a prompt, it does not give me a notification that it is finished. Only increments the taskbar codex icon.
