I often use different Codex chats to brainstorm and discuss features, and at the end of those conversations I usually ask Codex to produce an implementation plan.

Because a project can contain many chats, it becomes difficult to quickly identify which conversations already have a completed plan but have not yet been acted on. It would be very helpful to have a dedicated visual indicator for chats where a plan is ready and still pending — either waiting to be implemented or to be dismissed.

Currently, I can see indicators next to chat titles for things like Pro, new messages, or a question icon. However, there is no specific indicator for a chat that contains a prepared plan that has not yet been started.

A dedicated “pending plan” marker would make it much easier to track planning work across multiple chats and avoid losing or overlooking plans that are ready for the next step.
