Codex icon is invisible/blank in Windows 11 system tray

What issue are you seeing?

The Codex application icon in the Windows 11 system tray (notification area) is completely blank/invisible, though the tray slot itself exists. When hovering the mouse over the empty space, the tooltip "Codex" appears normally, and clicking it still triggers the context menu.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Launch the Codex App on Windows 11.
2. Minimize the app or let it run in the background.
3. Click the "^" icon in the taskbar to open the system tray overflow menu.
4. Observe the placeholder where the Codex icon should be.

What is the expected behavior?

The official Codex logo/icon should be rendered properly in the Windows 11 system tray instead of showing a blank/transparent block.

Additional information

• The issue persists across system reboots and app restarts.
• It seems like an issue with .ico asset scaling or transparency compatibility with the Windows 11 taskbar theme.
