Chinese localization missing for “Choose project” in Codex app

Description
When using the Codex app with the interface language set to Chinese, most UI text is correctly localized. However, the button labeled “Choose project” on the start screen remains in English.
Actual behavior:
The button displays: Choose project
Expected behavior:
The button should be localized into Chinese, for example: 选择项目 or 选择工作区
Steps to reproduce:
Open the Codex app.
Set the interface language to Chinese.
Go to the start screen.
Check the project selection button below the message composer.
Additional context:
This creates a mixed Chinese/English UI experience. Screenshot attached.

Im trying to use the chinese version too sometimes ,its not very nice the state it is now -__- , im not even chinese , I was jsut trying to instructed someone with someone (was perfecally fine before)
The best translation I think think is offering a mixed exprieince
us center-asians (im from Kyrgyzstan, but my family is from Korea)
but honestly offering like a mixed expriencse
and representing maybe two languages at once
the best translation are form the originated sources like
use a literal sound like "project"
and display both languages
because some times translation can mean two different things
you know china is big, and when I speak chinese people barely understand me -
but I perfectly can speak chinese for people who come from my region right?
non of us can understand those Taiwanese Province people for example

Use English for consistency with global terminology`(a. maybe people within china have issue understand the word 项目 or 工程 ) -- for project
so you should use chinese , but also use english global terminology
people from asia usally adobt words like its a "brand"
its like when you say "pepsi" and "cola" words are branded - each region has its own slang and words --- and some old people you need subtitles to understand what they are saying (like me , I am 66 years old)
b. Atleast for buttons that are being used very often use this ... maybe as a more rare thing , offer a small "english consistency with global terminology`" like a "1 word" in english -- as a thing to generally understand
a lot of asians even use english words, just to shorten long words and sentences/// like slangs - !but! english is a more global slang, this is why i argue why english words are being adopted so much (and thats very cool from a linguistic point of view)
c. COUNTER ARGUMENT -- you can also argue , people who do coding / papers - should rapidily adopt to terms and words - and you should force upon them words they dont fully understand . e g force them relocalized into the codex words -- and if its FORMAL shall be in a broken formal chinese - users adopt - some some learn to think its the reality of things -- which is fine

COUNTER ARGUMENT -- it going to bring to much attention to the UI (why is this this way so argly --- ) (will be annoying for users who already adopyed ) ... _(! and you are not going to quiz them what type of chinese they use ... or B. you will not use their chatgpt history - to adopt which type of chinese words you should call certain buttons )_
f. COUNTER ARGUMENT I guess you cann do like 项目/工程 for words that are consider hyper confusing/probleimatic
and again the target is not to "deniel" someone atention..
