Chinese localization missing for “Choose project” in Codex app

Description
When using the Codex app with the interface language set to Chinese, most UI text is correctly localized. However, the button labeled “Choose project” on the start screen remains in English.
Actual behavior:
The button displays: Choose project
Expected behavior:
The button should be localized into Chinese, for example: 选择项目 or 选择工作区
Steps to reproduce:
Open the Codex app.
Set the interface language to Chinese.
Go to the start screen.
Check the project selection button below the message composer.
Additional context:
This creates a mixed Chinese/English UI experience. Screenshot attached.
