What issue are you seeing?

The Codex app abruptly terminates and closes unexpectedly. The crash appears to be caused by an infinite rendering loop within the internal webview, accompanied by a failure to properly recognize or load the local file directory. In some instances, this might also be conflicting with system processes like Windows Defender or administrator sandbox settings.
