Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model. i keep on getting this message, even though im changing models to lower ones, it seems stuck, even when i open new chats, it works for 5 minutes, then im getting the same message.

I have the same problem, which has caused me to be unable to use it normally.

Same with windows with GPT-5.5 high and Same with GPT-5.5 med
waited for some time and continue didn't help
tried using different lower model didn't help
