My Plus subscription recently expired, and I just renewed it today. However, shortly after using it, I received a usage limit error, even though my dashboard clearly indicates that I still have 90% of my quota remaining for the current 5-hour window.
Error Message Received:
"You've hit your usage limit. Upgrade your plan or add credits to continue, or try again at Jun 30, 2026, 4:15 AM."
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Let the Plus subscription expire, then renew it today.
2. Use the codex for a short period.
3. The system blocks the request and displays the "usage limit" error message.
4. Check the usage dashboard, which confirms that "usage remaining 5h" is still at roughly 90%.
