What issue are you seeing?

Started a new 5 hour Codex window at 8.52AM on my Pro 5x account and all credits used by 9.33AM...41 minutes! I was running one job inside the CLI.

I've now wasted 3 resets and my existing 5 hour windows are being consumed very quickly compared to last week. This is simply unworkable and it seems like a free/Plus account at this point.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
