Extremely slow on any orders, espeically after today's update

What issue are you seeing?

Codex is extremely slow this week.
After the reset this morning, it takes more than 30 minutes for just one bug fix.
Last night, for one single order, it took around 20 minutes.

Most of all, it fails to fix anything in the end and just keeps wasting the token.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I specifically pointed out the bug and the ways to fix it. It just works slow.
Even if I just ask it to analyze the bug without fixing or coding anything new, a simple text response can still take around 5 to ten minutes.

What is the expected behavior?
