Codex is extremely slow this week.
After the reset this morning, it takes more than 30 minutes for just one bug fix.
Last night, for one single order, it took around 20 minutes.
Most of all, it fails to fix anything in the end and just keeps wasting the token.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
I specifically pointed out the bug and the ways to fix it. It just works slow.
Even if I just ask it to analyze the bug without fixing or coding anything new, a simple text response can still take around 5 to ten minutes.
What is the expected behavior?

It's gotten really bad in the last hour or so. It took 10 minutes to START the session! just to say it has read the goal objective! I doubt this is a Codex cli or app issue (I didn't see any noticeable lag last night or this morning). Seems to be API related on OpenAI's side.
