I believe my Codex account has a bug with bankable reset credits.

Since OpenAI launched saved/banked Codex rate-limit resets on June 12, 2026, my account has never received any reset credit that can be banked.

That announcement says Go, Plus, Pro, and Business users were starting with one free reset that could be saved for later. I did not receive that banked reset credit.

I did receive hard/full resets during the later Codex usage-limit incident, but I did not receive the separate banked reset credits. In particular, Tibo announced on June 29 that OpenAI would “credit one additional reset into your bank”:

I did not receive that banked reset either.

There may be more missing banked resets, not just these two. On June 28, Tibo mentioned that some users had already stacked up to three banked resets:

So my issue appears to be: hard resets work on my account, but the banked-reset ledger/accrual path has never worked.

Could you please audit my account’s Codex reset-bank ledger from June 12, 2026 onward and apply any missing bankable reset credits I should have received?
