Featire: Add Badges/Labels to chats e.g., ready, to review, merged, etc.

What feature would you like to see?

Allow us to add badges or labels to different chats (for example: "Ready," "Needs Review," and so on).

If I am working on multiple chats, I can use the badges to get back to specific items or organize my workflow. This would be much better than just pinning and marking as unread, which are the only two states available right now.
