Hello,

I created a task and I can see that Codex is working on it. Once it finishes, I can also see that the changes were applied. However, when I click on the task, nothing happens—I am not able to view the changes inside the task itself.

I am reporting this because Codex does not seem to be functioning properly. Could you please check what the issue might be?
