Device options invisible in Dimensions dropdown

Darwin 25.5.0 arm64 arm (macOS 26.5.1, build 25F80)

What issue are you seeing?

The Dimensions device dropdown opens, but most device names are not readable.

The dropdown menu appears with a white background and the options look blank/invisible. Only the highlighted row is readable. This makes it hard to select a device from the list.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open a Codex app preview/browser view.
2. Use the Dimensions control at the top of the preview.
3. Open the device dropdown.
4. Observe that most device names in the dropdown are not visible/readable.

What is the expected behavior?

All device options in the Dimensions dropdown should be visible and readable in the menu, including when the app/browser is using dark UI.
