Auto-pause for goal executions when usage limit is reached

What feature would you like to see?

Currently, when I hit a usage limit while executing a goal-based task it seems to just prematurely end the execution. I've seen various open issues pertaining to execution pausing but wasn't able to find one specifically for goals, which ends up being more difficult to start exactly where you left off.
