What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

26.630.12135

What subscription do you have?

Pro

What platform is your computer?

Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

After running the /status command, Codex shows a token limits(5h/w) /status panel. However, if I switch to another session and then return to the original session, the panel is no longer visible.

This makes it difficult to keep the token limit information available while moving between sessions.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open a Codex session.
Run the /status command.
Confirm that the token limits/status panel is displayed.
Switch to another Codex session.
Return to the original session.

What is the expected behavior?

The /status token limits panel should still be visible in the original session after switching away and coming back, or there should be a clear way to restore it without running /status again.

Additional information

This seems like a UI/session state persistence issue. The panel appears correctly at first, but its visibility state is not preserved when navigating between sessions.
