control other computers

What issue are you seeing?

'control other devices' doesn't actually exist in the app on windows.

in codex connection settings, I can do this:

but there is not a 'control other devices section in the connection settings:

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. go to connections in codex app
2. click add under control other devices
3. click 'computer' in the pop up window
4. instructions say 'on other device...'
5. in codex app in connection settings on another computer, 'control other devices' does not display.

What is the expected behavior?

control other devices should be available to enter the pairing code.
