MCP connection dialog: "Do not show again" does not persist

Summary

While connecting an MCP server in the Codex app, the Do not show again option in the connection prompt does not appear to persist. After selecting it, Codex still shows the same MCP connection prompt again.

Expected behavior

Selecting Do not show again should suppress that prompt for the same MCP connection flow or context.

Actual behavior

The same prompt continues to appear after selecting Do not show again.

Reproduction steps

1. Start an MCP connection flow in the Codex app.
2. Select Do not show again in the connection prompt.
3. Continue or retry the MCP connection.
4. Observe that the same prompt appears again.

Evidence

I have a local screen recording demonstrating the issue: ~/Desktop/do not show again.mov.

I could not attach the .mov through the connector used to file this issue, but the file exists locally and is a 6.7 MB QuickTime movie.
