Codex Desktop already has Chinese UI support. The issue is that the language pack is downloaded from OpenAI's CDN at runtime, so if you're in a region with restricted access, you may need a proxy.
Codex桌面版是有中文UI的，但是语言包是运行时下载的，你可能需要网络代理才能下载中文语言包。
