codex app cannot send any new messages

What issue are you seeing?

i cannot send any new messages i get timed out toasts, loading old conversations and sending messages inside work but it takes like 10 seconds to load old conversation..
i have gone through multiple versions of the app even versions that previously worked for me (like a week ago) but nothing works anymore, i have tried deleting cache etc.. nothing fixed it.

i do not think its related but in case, all worked fine when i was in asia a week ago, and this started happening just at the same time i returned to europe.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
