What steps can reproduce the bug?

Not a bug per se but it would be great if the VSCode extension could be launched using the user’s ~/.codex/config.toml.

What is the expected behavior?

Config option to read from ~/.codex/config.toml before launching the VSCode extension’s chat, or even to allow picking a particular profile before launching chat.

What do you see instead?

You have to manually re-enter the config values in the extension’s settings.
