Cannot select any conversation in pinned after starting many concurrent conversations.

What issue are you seeing?

When starting many concurrent conversations in codex. I would randomly lose the ability to select any conversation in pinned section. This happened to me a few times before and this is about the 5th time I've encountered it that I decided to report it.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Repro steps aren't clear. I just know when I use the app and have many concurrent conversation happening in my pinned section, this will eventually occur. Should check what makes the conversation row items lose the ability to be clickable.

What is the expected behavior?

Should be able to select any conversation in the pinned section regardless of what we do.
