I ask codex to do anything in powershell and no commands return anything. It was also completely confused about what was happening as the first time it happened it explained the problem away by saying it was searching cloud backed folder.
But asking it to run codex --version also fails to return
What steps can reproduce the bug?
say "please run codex --version"

The UI still shows "Working" but it ticks up forever.
