What issue are you seeing?
When using the Microsoft Pinyin Simplified Chinese IME, if you switch the IME to English mode and then switch to the CLI, you are subsequently unable to toggle between Chinese and English modes.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
window setting “Allow me to use a different input method for each application window.” don't open
1.switch the IME to English mode in other application
2.en switch to the CLI unable to toggle between Chinese and English modes.
What is the expected behavior?
It is possible to switch between Chinese and English modes normally.
