Agent Hangs when spawning new sub-agents after a long session

What issue are you seeing?

Every time the agents spawns new agents after a longish session, it hangs. I have to stop it from spawning new agents. I have seen before that if I press CTRL-C and resume it, the agent is able to spawn new agents,

What steps can reproduce the bug?
