What issue are you seeing?

The minimise button on the Codex desktop app doesn't work when you Zoom In. I know, sounds like a "little" thing, but it's annoying AF. I don't have the best eyesight, so I usually worked in a zoomed in state (usually +150% on everything) which makes it easier on my eyes when I'm working. But on the Codex desktop app, when I zoom in the buttons stop working. You can see the minimise, close, buttons on the top left, but if you click on them it does nothing. So you have to zoom out again for them to work and zoom in again to continue working which consumes time, particularly when you multiply that by a thousand times you might do this when working on an app.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Zoom in on the desktop app to over +150% and the buttons will stop working.

What is the expected behavior?

Buttons should continue to work even in the zoomed in state so you can keep working in a zoomed in state and not have to interrupt your workflow.
