What issue are you seeing?
Can't disable plan mode on the connected Android device when pressing "Skip" on the "Run Implementation?" question. It's visually disabled, but Codex respond "I'm in plan mode".
The case: I need to change the implementation model, and at the moment, the only way is to "Skip" the question, change the model and ask implementation separately.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

I can change the implementation model or exit plan mode on the connected device (Android phone).
