Codex Draining Usage Without any use.

What issue are you seeing?

I’m experiencing an issue where Codex usage appears to be draining even when I’m not actively using it.

I did not use Codex last week, and it has been offline most of the time. Despite that, my usage showed over 50% last week, and the same issue seems to be happening again this week. I have not manually triggered or started any Codex task, but the usage keeps going down.

It also appears to decrease by around 1% every time I check or refresh the usage page, which makes it seem like usage is being deducted without any actual activity on my end.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
