Codex Desktop's new review UI says "No content" instead of showing the diffs of changed files when using the "Last turn" view

What issue are you seeing?

When using the "Last turn" review view, all files changed by the agent are listed, but every file just always says "No content" instead of showing the diff.

Some of my projects are very large mono repos which have a very large number of unstaged changes at all times, and since this new review UI was released, I am no longer able to view diffs in the Codex Desktop app at all, because the only view that is supposed to show specifically the changed files is completely broken, and none of the other review views are useful at all in such a project.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Get the agent to make changes
2. Open the Review UI
3. Select "Last turn"

What is the expected behavior?

Show the diffs for each listed file, instead of "No content".
