Please add an option to disable the new auto-dismiss countdown on the ask-question tool UI.
Additional information
When an agent asks me questions, I expect the question to remain until I answer it, no matter how long that takes. An agent should never under any circumstances proceed without me explicitly making the decisions that are needed.

Agreed, this should most definitely be an option that can be toggled. If the user is away from the computer when the timer expires, it results in the agent proceeding with the "recommended" option, which may not be the actual desired choice, leading to having to run additional tasks to then fix the issue, burning through more quota usage.
