Please add an option to disable the new auto-dismiss countdown on the ask-question tool UI.
Additional information
When an agent asks me questions, I expect the question to remain until I answer it, no matter how long that takes. An agent should never under any circumstances proceed without me explicitly making the decisions that are needed.
