I updated the codex to ChatGPT 26.707.31428 and the issue always exists.
I take a performance trace by "Help/Performance Trace" on ChatGPT Windows Desktop APP and get a trace id: no-active-thread-019f49ee-54d0-7a51-9d8a-61d15d3c5846
Codex 26.707.31428 still high CPU usage especially on process MsMpEng.exe
