Codex crashes Windows explorer.exe and have window size issue

Main issue
All functions related to explorer.exe are crashing frequently when codex is turned on. (Regardless of working)
Alt + tab, Win + tab, Ctrl + Win + arrow, taskbar, windows menu all things.
The response time of exeplorer gets slower and slower, and finally crash and refresh the desktop background (same with clicking "restart" button for explorer.exe in taskmgr)

Small issue
When full-screen status, codex does not fit well on one monitor screen. It exceeds its space and consume adjacent monitor's screen space.
You will be able to find the codex window below is overlapping Rider(Jetbrains IDE) although both are full-screen sized in each monitor.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
No special step needed.
Just turning on codex cause this problem.
What is the expected behavior?

I'm not sure this screenshot(error) related to this issue, but attaching this because I got this before my computer entirely crashed (force restart, even no blue screen shown up) :
