What issue are you seeing?

I’m a ChatGPT Pro user, and today I noticed that my Codex usage limit was reached much faster than expected.

I reached the rate limit very frequently with only 3M tokens consumed today. It's not like a Pro plan, like a free plan.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

With only one session, I reached rate limit. That's weird.
