Sites Plugin Broken - won't re-auth on reinstall

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

26.630.12135

What subscription do you have?

Enterprise

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 25.5.0 arm64 arm

What issue are you seeing?

Sites connector was working previously, deployed two sites successfully via codex desktop app.

Went to deploy new version today, connector won't work - existing sites still live, but I can't deploy any new versions. Removed the sites plugin from codex, went to re-auth, and the page on chatgpt site is a 404, so can't re-authenticate. https://chatgpt.com/apps/sites/connector_20205bf7d4e99a89d7154bb849718324?no_universal_links=1

Tried in a fresh session before reinstalling plugin, relogging, etc

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Blocked at the final production deploy step: deploy_site_version, update_site_access, and then even get_site started returning backend Unknown tool errors, despite being exposed in the tool catalog. The private deploy endpoint did work, but correctly refused because the site is shared.

The Sites connector is currently failing every backend method with Unknown tool, including get_site, list_site_versions, deploy_site_version, and deploy_private_site_version.

What is the expected behavior?
