Codex remote control can't start on Windows

What issue are you seeing?

I am a ChatGPT Pro $100/month personal account.
Codex CLI works fine.
When I go to Codex App Settings → Coding → Connection → Control This Computer → Add → Allow, it shows 'Unable to enable remote control, please try again.'
I've updated the app, cleared the proxy, restarted the computer, and logged in again, but still can't enable it.
Please check if my account has the Codex Remote Control permission.
