Not updating existing projects from ChatGPT

What issue are you seeing?

Existing ChatGPT Projects appear normally on chatgpt.com under my Plus account, but the unified ChatGPT desktop app shows only my pre-existing Codex/local projects. This persists after signing out and back in. Please check project sync/migration for my desktop account.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

All my projects should be visible in the new app.
