Markdown comment queuing no longer supported

What issue are you seeing?

Before today's update, I was able to select lines of markdown in the source/raw view and add an "in-line" comment. Now, when in markdown "source" mode, all I see is (Add to task|Edit).

This was a fantastic feature and I'd like to see it back.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I would expect this to be update-wide

What is the expected behavior?

Select text in "Source" mode, comment box appears in line, write comment, hit enter to queue the comment, then you can batch send the comments.
