Usage Analytics oscillating between two different states

What issue are you seeing?

Using the app, as well as the web analytics, every few minutes the usage reporting will display a different amount of remaining usage, then after a few more minutes it will swap back.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

One usage state, reported truthfully.

Additional information

I am on the ChatGPT Pro 5x plan, it chewed through 100% of my 5 hour usage and seemingly 31% of my weekly usage in one 52 minute turn on 5.6 Sol Ultra Fast. The app is now stating that my usage is unavailable to be viewed.
