codex attach the chatgpt conversations as the context to send

What issue are you seeing?

when i add the conversations from the chatgpt web platform, and then click "add to task", and then send this request, the codex app would stop and no response，finally i must quit codex to restart to use it.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

first, send a casual message, drag and select some content and click 'more details' in the context view, then send a new msg in the floating view, and then, click the 'add to task' to let this conversation, or @this conversation in the chatinput, then send it to codex, the codex then stop to run and no response.

What is the expected behavior?
